General Terms and Conditions of NINA Green-Collective
All services provided by the Online Shop to the Customer shall be provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions. Deviating provisions shall only apply if they have been agreed between the online store and the customer.
Due to the lighting conditions in product photography and different screen settings, it may happen that the color and / or the representation of the product is not authentically reproduced.
We ship everything from Switzerland.
The listed prices of our products do not include shipping costs. The shipping price will be calculated at check-out.

We ship our products with Tracking only. Contact us by mail, if you need the Tracking.
Please note that NINA Green-Collective is not responsible for any loss or damage of the shipment after the package has been handed over to the post office. Also, we are not responsible for replacing orders sent to outdated or incorrect addresses. Therefore, please check your shipping address before placing your order.
Any customs fees and any third party charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer free return shipping! You may return your item within 14 days of receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Just send us an email to email@example.com to get the return address.
We will refund your purchase and all shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your return.
Please note the conditions for returning or exchanging the item:
- The item must be in original condition with labels in original packaging.
- Dirty, worn, damaged or washed products will not be accepted.
- Swimwear bottoms must not have the hygiene sticker removed
Unfortunately, we can not accept items that do not meet these conditions and must return the goods to the customer at the customer's expense.
It is their responsibility to return the item until it reaches us and has been inspected.
For reduced items, no exchange or return is possible.
If the goods are delivered defective, please immediately send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description or photo of the damage. In such a case, the cost of the return will of course be refunded.
We accept complaints of this kind until 2 days after you have received your order.

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after successful payment. You will receive the confirmation by mail.
